Shani Boston
Shani is a former professional track athlete who prior to joining Mailchimp, spent well over a decade consulting for the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce and several Fortune 500 companies helping develop products and programs to support small business growth. Her commitment to small business is what brought her to Intuit and is what drives her to this day. Since joining Mailchimp/Intuit five years ago she has spent time in strategy, business operations and now engineering and product. During that time Shani has led numerous strategic initiatives including retention, international growth, and data and analytics to name a few. As an executive of Intuit, Shani currently leads product and engineering operations at Mailchimp and is also a proud member of the PRIDE ERG helping to make Intuit a more equitable place.
Jenna Crisp
As a seasoned talent acquisition professional with 15 years of experience and seven years of leadership roles, I am dedicated to finding and developing top-tier talent. Based in Atlanta and born and raised in the metro area, I have deep roots in the community and love watching our city evolve. When I'm not cultivating great teams, you can find me working out, hiking, enjoying delicious food, going to concerts or catching up on my favorite TV shows and movies with my husband and two boys.

Sarah Ricketts, a Latina leader with 18 years’ experience in business technology and digital transformation across financial services, travel, and software industries. In her current role as Director of Business Solutions at Intuit, she leads a team focused on tooling capabilities for customer facing teams. Sarah completed 3 degrees (A.S., B.S., M.S.) in 4 years while working full time, raising a family and attending an accelerated college program on Saturdays. As a mother and grandmother of 5, her time is important. Her personal motto is: “Your time is valuable, use it wisely with others.”

I’m based in Atlanta, GA, but grew up in New Jersey with deep east coast roots. Outside of my day job, family time with my wife + two kids is key which includes play time outdoors, traveling to a nice beach, cooking / grilling or just relaxing at home hosting a family / friends kick-back.

A Software Engineer on the Observability Platforms team. I have over 10 years of experience in being a champion for customers. Whether that's working in support or helping to find solutions for Engineers. My passion is in sharing my knowledge and guiding others to success. I am based in Atlanta (Born and Raised) Westlake Alum, GA State Alum. Outside of work, I'm a mother to two amazing kids, a boy and a girl). I'm also a serial entrepreneur, a concert goer and an Aerialist (7 months in).
Matt Castilla
Matthew Castilla is a professional musician turned Technology professional. Starting with music degrees, life took a turn and shifted his journey in a completely unexpected direction. Matt is currently a Senior Software QA Analyst working for Intuit Mailchimp and has been with the company for 7+ years now. He has also served as a lead for the Atlanta portion of the company's ERG African Ancestry Network HUES. In addition to this work, he currently reports to the company's senior leadership team as a founder and member of its DEI committee. He has authored articles on cultural change, taught courses on ethnographic material surrounding music, and spoken as a spiritual advisor to communities in need.
Ashelea Pinzon
As a seasoned sales maverick, Ashelea brings over a decade of expertise cultivating revenue-generating teams for Fortune 500 giants across various industries such as real estate, automotive, and technology. Led by an entrepreneurial spirit, she started a resume writing and interview coaching business during the pandemic helping hundreds of early-mid career job seekers land remote roles showcasing her drive for innovation, adaptability, and heart for people. This experience drew her to researching mission-based companies, like Intuit Mailchimp. Since joining 2.5 years ago Ashelea has been instrumental in building and scaling the sales program from 8 to nearly 100 sellers.
Drawing from a diverse background, she holds a BS in music, a yoga practitioner certification, and cherishes the role of motherhood. When Ashelea isn't spending time with her daughter, writing songs, or on a yoga mat, she finds fulfillment in guiding others to begin their journey of building a limitless life with gratitude and intention.
Yesica Ford
Yesica Ford is an experienced Director of Product Marketing at Intuit Mailchimp. Originally from Lima, Peru, Yesica relocated to the US 17 years ago and faced the challenges of starting a new career in a new country and language, with no network other than her husband. But her drive and determination helped her land a marketing job, and she has since navigated the unique journeys of the auto and tech industries. With over 18 years of marketing experience and an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, Yesica oversees the global Sales and Customer Success Management organization's field enablement efforts and go-to-market strategy for human-assisted services. Before joining Intuit, she was responsible for Autotrader B2B brand and product marketing for 12 years at Cox Automotive, gaining valuable experience in the male-dominated auto industry. She’s an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, serving as the Atlanta Co-Chair for the Intuit Latino Employee Network.
Felicia Jones
Felicia A. Jones is an experienced, self-driven technology leader and US Army Veteran who is currently an Engineering leader at Intuit Mailchimp. She has 25+ years of diverse experience in leadership roles focused on implementations and technical solutions while enabling strategic capabilities. Felicia graduated from Columbus State University with a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. Felicia is known for consistently achieving results within and across the enterprise to meet business targets and process transformations and implementations. She has a passion for mentoring and guiding others no matter what stage they are in their career. Felicia is a DE&I champion and always speaks up and out for marginalized groups. She was a founder of the Mailchimp’s BERG HUES for all Black employees and their allies to come together as a community. She has served on the leadership board of several non-profit organizations including BDPA and Next Level Technology Foundation that focus on serving the community through outreach, educational information and teaching so they can help shape the future of the technology industry. Outside of work and serving her community, Felicia enjoys her leisure time by traveling and experiencing different cultures, attending at least 1 of every professional sporting event in Georgia and being a foodie in any city/state/country she visits. It’s hard to keep up with her because she is truly living her best life.
